Overview
Terra offers three corporate class funds designed to minimize taxes and provide for greater financial planning flexibility. These funds are designed to minimize and defer distributions making them an excellent choice for long-term investors who require no current income. Investors also have the ability to switch from one asset class to another without triggering a tax event. These tax-managed funds are consistent with Terra’s focus on minimizing taxes and allowing investors the ability to realize the investment benefits of tax deferral and compounding growth.

Terra Fund Management Ltd’s mutual funds are sold by offering memorandum and are available for purchase in all Canadian provinces and territories. Investors may purchase A Class Shares and F Class Shares through Registered Dealers or by direct purchase. F Class Shares have no up-front sales commission or servicing fees and are available to qualified investors who participate in fee-based programs.

The minimum initial investment is $5,000 for A Class Shares and $10,000 for F Class Shares. To qualify for a direct purchase, investors must purchase a minimum $10,000.
