John has been offering tax-advantaged products to investors since 1993. He is a director of Terra Flow-Through GP Management Ltd. and the President, CEO and a director of the Terra Flow-Through Limited Partnerships (from 2005 LPs to the current LP). John also serves as President of Terra Fund Management Ltd. and Linden Mills Investments Inc. Prior to 1993, John held a number of senior management positions with high technology start-ups. He has a B.Comm. degree from Queen’s University and an MBA from the Ivey School of Business, University of Western Ontario.

Tracey joined Terra in 2005, bringing over two decades of administration, marketing and project management experience. Her friendly and helpful manner bodes well in her key role of day-to-day dealings with Dealers and Clients. Tracey also plays an essential role in implementing and improving Terra’s operating systems and oversees Terra's marketing and online presence.

Mr. Hunter, FCPA, FCA, ICD.D, is a professional director and a retired partner of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP (PwC). Mr. Hunter is currently Chair of the Advisory Board of Terra Fund Management Ltd., He is also Board Chair at United Property Resource Corporation and a member of the appeal hearing panel for the Canadian Public Accountability Board. He has recently retired as Chair of the Independent Review Committee at CIBC Asset Management and Board Chair at Knowledge First Financial.
Mr. Hunter has been on the Accounting and Auditing Advisory panel of the Financial Services Commission of Ontario, has lectured at the University of Toronto and CPA Ontario and has participated on numerous community boards. In 2009, Mr. Hunter was elected the FCPA designation by CPA Ontario that honours members who have given outstanding service to the profession and brought distinction to it. Mr. Hunter has an MBA from York University and a B.E.Sc. (Engineering) from Western University.

CGC has been retained to manage the investments for Terra FTLPs and Mutual Funds. CGC is a leading independent, Canadian-founded (1950) financial firm with deep expertise in natural resources and energy sectors and manages over $133 billion in client assets.

Brad Bay, B.Comm, CFA

Brad Bay is the Portfolio Manager for all of Terra Flow-Through LPs and Mutual Funds. Mr. Bay is a Senior Portfolio Manager at Canaccord Genuity Corp. and has more than 11 years of experience in the investment industry. Mr. Bay was previously at Cypress Capital Management Ltd. for seven years where he managed Terra’s FTLPs and Mutual Funds since 2019 and has a particularly strong capability in the small and medium capitalization areas of the market where the majority of flow-through offerings occur.

Mr. Bay completed internships at GMP Securities and joined Haywood Securities in 2014 as an Analyst in the Investment Banking and Corporate Finance group where he was involved in mergers & acquisition, capital market advisory and underwriting of public oil & gas companies. Mr. Bay received his Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Calgary (Haskayne School of Business) in 2013 and holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
